Well, e-mails may not be that new in the world, considering that people began using them in the mid '80s. But in the Kenya business scene, its one of those comunication 'tools' entrepreneurs are urged to embrace if they want to survive.

Letterheads are a lot of investment. The logo design, conqueror paper, color printing - may be even a number of trial & errors - and then include the time spent trying to make sure your company's vision is grasped well, graphically at least.
Then enter emails. And you have letters sent out in black & white most of the time. The adventurous ones add some color here and there - some a privacy / confidentiality statement at the end - or your company name in bold & larger fonts. But it still doesn't match your letterheads.
With this in mind, we set out to develop a means to have emails structured in the general design outlay - as will be found on letterheads for instance. We call this BRANDED EMAIL TEMPLATES because it perpetuates your company's brand image while communicating via email. Further, the manner of implementation means that, like a template, its always on (but can be turned off when you want).

The growth in the use of emails as a communication tool means that more & more people are turning to the electronic media. This then becomes a medium rich in audience; an audience that you can build relations with as you reach for your organizational goals.
Traditionally, you can simply
put out ad campaigns.
This is readily
possible with the email medium. But as we said earlier - we do
not
settle on what is common practice. We know it is possible to add more value
to email
messages and not
just by sending images of your products in an organised way.
We have spent a considerable amount of resources - both time & funds - to understand how emails work; what can be done, what is very hard to achieve, what are the current trends.
We have run ad campaigns for our own offerings, with good success. We have sent out email newsletters & reports for a local NGO. We have designed seasonal greetings - and even handled their delivery. And for us - this is just a piece of the pie.
